Dear guests, welcome to the Malá Skála holiday home!

We are pleased that you have chosen our house for your stay and hope that you will feel at home here.
Arrival is possible at any time from 3 p.m., on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the house by 10 a.m.

Before arrival, it is necessary to enter the data in the guest book. We sent you the form in a separate e-mail. 

You will find the keys for the front door in the safe on the porch of the house, the porch is freely accessible from the open garden. The password will be sent shortly prior to arrival.

The kitchens are equipped with the essentials (detergent, dishwasher capsules, paper napkins), salt, sugar, tea, coffee are available.

The heating is central (radiators), the heads can be regulated as needed. Some rooms have direct heaters that must not be covered. Please do not touch the gas boiler system in the entrance area of the house. In the summer season (May-September) the heating is switched off.

Smoking is forbidden in the house. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Outside you will find ashtrays.

Parking is in the reserved parking lot (3 places) and along the road that runs through the property before entering the house. However, the access road is municipal and must remain passable. Please let us free the space in front of the barn, thank you.

Take mixed waste in sealed bags from the indoor bins to the dustbin located at the entrance to the veranda. Garbage collection takes place every Thursday at 9:00 am. When the dustbin is full, please place it near the street where the garbage truck passes.

The fenced part of the garden is furnished with tables and chairs, and from the house's porch you can reach the shed, where there is more garden furniture. Two grills are available. The iron bucket for ashes is in the pergola next to the grills, we will be happy to empty it for you. Please do not mix the ashes with mixed waste and do not throw them in the dustbin.

From the terrace there is also an entrance to the garbage room. Please place glass, metal, paper and plastic in the bins provided and do not mix with mixed waste.

We love dogs and cats, but they don't belong in the bed. Bedding can no longer be used after contamination with animal hair. Please be considerate.

Please note the night's rest after 10:00 p.m. We are in the center of the village, near permanently inhabited houses. In the case of repeated violations of the night's rest, we can end your stay without compensation.

Leave the house in the condition you found it upon your arrival. Please clean up the dishes.
